Data Deletion

You're always in control of the data ConeAd holds for you. Most of it can be deleted directly, yourself, from inside the app — no need to contact anyone.

Delete a campaign

Open the campaign, scroll to the Danger zone section at the bottom, and choose Delete campaign. This permanently removes its ad copy, attached assets, and activity history. If the campaign is currently live on Meta, it's paused first so it stops spending.

Delete a business

Open the business, scroll to its Danger zone section, and choose Delete business. This permanently deletes the business and everything under it — every campaign, ad, and asset, and its Meta connection. Any live campaigns under it are paused first. You'll be asked to type the business name to confirm, since this can't be undone.

Disconnect Meta

You can disconnect your Meta account, or switch which ad account or Facebook Page ConeAd uses, at any time from a business's page. You can also revoke ConeAd's access entirely from your own Meta account's Business Integrations settings. Revoking access there stops ConeAd from being able to read or manage anything on your Meta account, but doesn't by itself delete data already stored in ConeAd — use the campaign/business delete options above for that.

Delete your entire account

To delete your ConeAd account and every business under it — including your Cone ID sign-in record — contact us using the address on our homepage. We'll confirm your identity and permanently delete your account and all associated data.

What deletion does and doesn't cover

Deleting a campaign, business, or your account permanently removes the corresponding data from ConeAd and StorageCone (where your images and videos are stored). It does not retroactively delete campaigns, ads, or performance history that already exist directly on Meta's own platform — those are controlled by your Meta ad account and Meta's own policies, independent of ConeAd.

See our Privacy Policy for more on what we collect and how long we keep it.
