Terms of Service

Last updated: September 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ConeAd ("ConeAd", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using ConeAd, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What ConeAd does

ConeAd helps you plan, generate, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) using your own connected Meta ad account. ConeAd is a tool that acts on your instructions — you review and explicitly approve every campaign before it is created or launched, and nothing spends money without your action.

2. Your account

You sign in through Cone ID. You're responsible for keeping your Cone ID credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your ConeAd account. You must provide accurate information about your business and have the authority to connect and run ads on the Meta ad account you use.

3. Your Meta connection

Connecting your Meta account authorizes ConeAd to create and manage ad campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and ads on the ad account and Facebook Page you select, on your explicit instruction. You can disconnect, switch ad accounts, or switch Pages at any time. Meta bills any ad spend directly through your own ad account — ConeAd does not process ad payments and has no visibility into or control over your billing arrangement with Meta.

4. Your content and responsibility for ads

You're responsible for the content of the ads you create through ConeAd — including any text, images, or video, whether you upload it, generate it through ConeAd, or edit AI-generated suggestions — and for making sure it complies with Meta's advertising policies and all applicable laws. ConeAd may use AI to suggest strategy, copy, and images, but you decide what is actually used, edited, and launched. You retain ownership of content you upload; content generated through ConeAd on your behalf is yours to use for your advertising.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ConeAd to:

  • Create or run ads that violate Meta's Advertising Policies or Community Standards.
  • Access or attempt to access another user's business, campaign, or account data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt ConeAd's infrastructure or attempt to bypass its security.
  • Use ConeAd for any unlawful purpose, or to promote unlawful goods or services.

6. Deleting your data

You can permanently delete a campaign or an entire business at any time from within ConeAd — this immediately removes the associated data from our systems and pauses any live Meta campaign first. See our Data Deletion page for details on requesting full account deletion.

7. Service "as is"

ConeAd is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any ad, strategy, or piece of copy ConeAd generates or recommends will achieve any particular result — advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including Meta's own ad delivery systems.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConeAd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or ad spend, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using ConeAd and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to ConeAd for anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of ConeAd after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
